Financial Associate

A company is looking for a Financial Associate to assist in scaling a Web3-native accounting and control environment. Key Responsibilities Record purchase, sales, intercompany, and treasury transactions across fiat and digital asset accounts Perform reconciliations across bank accounts, custodians, exchanges, and on-chain wallets Support multi-entity consolidation and prepare transaction schedules for VAT and tax filings Required Qualifications Proven experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in a multi-entity or international environment Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflows Knowledge of blockchain explorers and a desire to learn about crypto sub-ledgers Experience in organizing working papers and maintaining an audit trail
