Key Responsibilities Ensure daily billing batches are cleared of all errors and ready for transmission Collect patient payments, update payment methods, and set up payment plans Conduct regular follow-ups with payers and patients to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of experience in behavioral health medical billing Experience with high volume medical collections Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
