Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day people operations, ensuring processes are accurate, timely, and compliant Lead the implementation of the performance management system and provide ongoing support to managers Coordinate hiring processes and manage employee lifecycle moments, ensuring equity and clarity Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in people operations or HR in a mission-driven organization Experience managing end-to-end people operations, including performance cycles and compliance Demonstrated equity-minded practice in people-related processes and decisions Strong project management skills with the ability to run cyclical processes predictably Experience coaching managers on performance and employee relations
