A company is looking for a Human Resources Information System Consultant.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to define SuccessFactors solutions Participate in project scoping, planning, configuration, and delivery activities Gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications Required Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central and Onboarding and/or Recruiting Hands-on experience with at least three SuccessFactors modules Minimum of three full lifecycle implementations in EC / Onboarding / Recruiting Minimum of two years of production support experience
