What You'll Do You'll coordinate the patient experience from arrival to departure: Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome and check in patients Answer phones and assist with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Educate patients on services and next steps Insurance & Administration Verify insurance eligibility Update patient demographics Collect copays and process payments Document visits in EMR Clinic Coordination Work closely with medical assistants and providers Help keep clinic flow organized and on time Prepare patients for visits when needed You are the hub of the clinic, communication, organization, and kindness are key.
