Release Train Engineer

A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to lead and coordinate Agile execution across the F-35 LogIT program. Key Responsibilities Oversee execution of the enterprise LogIT program and ensure synchronized delivery across multiple projects Facilitate Program Increment planning and execution, aligning priorities and resources across teams Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and performance while managing cross-team dependencies and risks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of experience leading complex DoD technical programs involving systems engineering and software delivery Demonstrated experience in an RTE or Agile program leadership role Deep knowledge of SAFe 6 Agile practices and experience with Agile lifecycle management tools like JIRA and Confluence Active SECRET security clearance required; must be a U.S. citizen
