Computational Design Manager

A company is looking for a Computational Design Practice Manager to lead the development and implementation of its Computational Design Practice. Key Responsibilities Set the vision and direction for the Computational Design Practice, providing thought leadership and technical expertise Lead the creation and rollout of the practice, integrating computational design roles into project teams and establishing partnerships with technology vendors Design and implement training programs for computational design skills and manage knowledge assets within the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or related fields 10+ years of experience in design-related fields, with prior management experience preferred Deep expertise in computational and parametric design methodologies Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python or C# Advanced knowledge of AEC design technologies and BIM, with preferred experience in Autodesk and Bentley products
