Position Summary Great Hearts Christian Academies (GHCA) Maryvale is seeking a warm, energetic, and highly relational Admissions Recruiter to drive lead generation and community engagement through grassroots outreach. This short-term, full-time-hours role is 100% focused on lead generation, relationship-building, and community presence to support enrollment growth. The Admissions Recruiter will serve as a visible, trusted ambassador of GHCA Maryvale within the local community building relationships with families, businesses, churches, community centers, and neighborhood organizations. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply relatable to the Maryvale community, thrives in face-to-face engagement, and is excited to plan and execute outreach efforts that directly impact enrollment. The goal of this position is to exponentially grow prospective family leads to strengthen admissions and enrollment at GHCA Maryvale. Duties & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Community Outreach Execute grassroots outreach strategies as outlined and directed by the DOO Conduct door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community centers, churches, and organizations Represent GHCA Maryvale at community events, festivals, and local gatherings Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the Maryvale community Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for prospective families Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute community-based events for the community and in the community Lead and execute on-campus events for prospective families (tours, info sessions, open houses, etc.) Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up related to outreach and events Ensure events align with enrollment goals and admissions messaging Admissions Support Capture and submit prospective family leads accurately and timely Communicate clearly and warmly with families about next steps in the admissions process Work closely with the DOO and admissions team to align outreach efforts with enrollment priorities Qualifications, Competencies & Strengths Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Warm, friendly, outgoing, and highly relational personality Strong connection to and relatability with the Maryvale community Comfortable with proactive, in-person outreach and door-to-door engagement Strong organizational skills and ability to execute independently Reliable self-starter who can manage a flexible, event driven schedule Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework or degree preferred but not required. Experience: Experience in community outreach, admissions, enrollment, marketing, canvassing, or relationship-based roles preferred. Event planning or community organizing experience is strongly preferred. Customer-facing or family-engagement experience a plus. (Includes participation in a local church and other faith-growing habits and communities to be filled up regularly so he/she is ready to pour themselves into our work, mission and team. Also includes alignment with an desire to advance our Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.) Agree to engage in the faith life of our scholars and in collaboration with other team members Additional Requirements Type of fingerprint clearance: Must possess or obtain valid Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card. Physical functions: Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately. Travel required: Must have reliable personal transportation. Availability: Ability to work early mornings, weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by outreach and event schedules.
