Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operational processes for the college licensing program, including roster updates and data management Serve as the primary contact for university partners, addressing inquiries and preparing presentations to strengthen relationships Act as a liaison between the company and technology platforms to support the College NIL program and troubleshoot related issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience in college athletics, sports licensing, or a related field Proven ability to manage operational workflows with strong attention to detail Experience working with external partners or vendors in a professional setting Comfort with systems such as CRMs, licensing platforms, and project management tools
