Key Responsibilities Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry, managing projects valued at $75MM+ Certifications such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent are a plus OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training Extensive experience managing construction project budgets Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction management software
