Student Support Representative

A company is looking for a Student Support Representative to assist students with inquiries and provide information about university policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide timely information and problem resolution to students via various communication methods Ensure compliance with federal student privacy laws while managing student accounts Maintain productive relationships with other departments and assist with special projects as needed Required Qualifications Broad knowledge of university policies, degree programs, and federal educational funding options Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant applications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work Understanding of FERPA guidelines and internal policies regarding student privacy
