Remote Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (Outbound Sales) to engage prospective patients and motivate them to enroll in a care management program. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 80 outbound calls daily to prospective patients and secure enrollments Educate patients on program benefits and guide them through the enrollment process Document interactions in CRM software and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in telehealth, insurance, or pharmacy services Experience in eye care, healthcare, or digital health is a plus Proficiency with CRM systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office setup
