A company is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster, Complex. Key Responsibilities Investigate and document claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings Conduct policy reviews, manage reserves, prepare damages, and negotiate settlements on complex losses Provide technical expertise and support catastrophe response as needed Required Qualifications 7+ years of property and/or liability claims experience 3+ years of homeowners or commercial liability & litigation claim handling experience Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as needed Complete understanding of Section II of a homeowner's policy Highly preferred candidates have 10+ years of multi-line claim handling experience
