A company is looking for a Technology Procurement Specialist who is motivated to learn and collaborate while delivering outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Main point of contact for all hardware, software, and equipment for clients of the technology team Assist with vendor management and contribute to establishing best practices for ordering and invoicing Perform cost and market analysis to ensure optimal pricing and margin on products Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field preferred, but not required 2-4 years of experience working in an office environment Ability to negotiate costs, terms, SLAs, and manage vendor relationships Familiarity with vendor and distributor portals such as Dell Premier and Cisco Commerce Workspace Strong ownership of ordering, invoicing, and audit trail processes
