A company is looking for an Event Coordinator to provide clerical support and coordinate events for various departments.
Key Responsibilities Assist with special projects, including process improvements and budget development Coordinate annual credit group events, including planning, attendee registration, and meeting preparation Maintain up-to-date rosters and assist with marketing and educational speaker engagement Required Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED At least 2-3 years of administrative and event planning experience is preferred Knowledge of standard office equipment and proficiency in MS Office Ability to perform basic math skills and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
