A company is looking for a full-time Triage Registered Nurse for their remote Occupational Health triage call center.
Key Responsibilities Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls and document each call efficiently Provide accurate assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance Monitor and track individual and call center productivity metrics Required Qualifications and Education Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM Must have a private space in the home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holiday rotations
