Key Responsibilities: Verify that loan applications are complete and accurate Communicate with Loan Originators to obtain necessary documentation for loan qualification Review loans for compliance with mortgage-related regulations and manage the loan pipeline Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience Experience with RESPA regulations Familiarity with Encompass software Knowledge of mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B
