Wisconsin Licensed Phone Triage RN

A company is looking for a Phone Triage RN in Access Services. Key Responsibilities Triage incoming calls from patients, caregivers, or healthcare providers to assess needs Provide appropriate clinical options and education based on triage protocols Document patient calls using the electronic medical record system Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum of five years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care Two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing required for RN licensure Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License required Availability to work night hours and weekends as needed
