Key Responsibilities Implement KPIs for measuring AI-human hybrid customer experience performance Establish metrics for AI performance and maintain quality assurance standards for customer interactions Conduct ongoing QA reviews of AI workflows and collaborate with teams to ensure actionable KPIs Required Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in any field and/or equivalent practical experience 1+ years of experience with AI-enabled or digital tools 2+ years of experience in customer experience, analytics, or quality assurance roles 2+ years of experience using customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Strong analytical skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations
