Underwriting Training Specialist

A company is looking for an Underwriting Training and Development Specialist. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain internal training programs for the General Casualty product Facilitate training sessions and assist in onboarding new hires Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the Underwriting team Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a training or instructional role or general/technical underwriting Strong project management and scheduling skills Experience with diverse learning technologies, including LMS and e-learning platforms Flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and organizational objectives Strong interpersonal skills to engage trainees and collaborate with subject matter experts
