Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service via phone to clients Maintain accurate customer service history notes regarding client interactions Process and analyze new business transactions and policy transactions Required Qualifications High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or call center experience Previous experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is highly desired Proficient PC user skills with various computer software programs Bilingual ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers is desired but not required
