Senior Compiler Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Performance Compiler Engineer to work on the open-source Triton compiler project. Key Responsibilities Investigate NVIDIA GPU hardware architecture and programming models Design and implement compiler technology to optimize high-level kernel descriptions for efficient GPU code generation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product development and ensure maximum efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Math, or a related field 8+ years of relevant industry experience in software development Strong C++ programming and software design skills with a focus on performance analysis and debugging Experience in parallel programming, including CUDA/OpenCL or other parallel models Solid understanding of computer architecture and experience with assembly-level programming
