UDAAP Compliance Reviewer

A company is looking for a Compliance Reviewer focused on marketing compliance for consumer financial materials. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed compliance reviews of consumer financial marketing materials, including digital campaigns and social assets Review and provide feedback directly within Figma and other marketing workflow tools Ensure all advertising content complies with UDAAP and TILA requirements and maintain documentation of reviews Required Qualifications Proven experience reviewing consumer financial marketing materials for UDAAP and TILA compliance Strong understanding of consumer financial advertising regulations and disclosure standards Hands-on experience using Figma to review and comment on marketing materials is strongly preferred Exceptional ability to assess regulatory risk in promotional content Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
