Job Description

Traveling Project Manager - Industrial Construction Lead full project lifecycle for manufacturing, industrial, pharma, mission-critical, data center, or technical builds. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, risk mitigation, QA/QC, and project reporting. Oversee MEP-heavy scopes, commissioning workflows, and complex technical systems. Guide design-build coordination and ensure constructability throughout project phases. Build strong relationships with owners, design partners, subs, and field teams. Mentor junior staff and contribute to an accountable, performance-driven team culture. Travel full-time to project locations across NC, SC, GA, VA, TN, and other states; return home every two weeks. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Project Manager - Industrial Construction should have: 10+ years of project management experience. Must have technical project background: manufacturing, data center, pharma, healthcare, industrial, or similar. Strong MEP understanding required. Design-build experience preferred. Competitive, hard-working, mentorship-driven personality-team culture is key. Stable tenure; preference for top ENR firms such as DPR, HITT, ARCO, CRB, Clune, Walsh, IPS, BE&K. Software: Autodesk (similar to Procore). Must be willing to travel full-time, 5 days/week.
