A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the CDX Systems team. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team focused on engineering productivity, CI/CD, observability, and technical standards Own the technical vision and roadmap for developer infrastructure and platform capabilities Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 2 years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience Based in Brazil Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD practices Proficiency in English at B2 (Advanced) level Proven experience in people management and/or team leadership
