Ambulatory Services Representative

A company is looking for an Ambulatory Services Representative for the Advanced Therapeutics Pharmacy. Key Responsibilities: Perform complex administrative duties for patient appointments and procedures in an ambulatory setting Schedule appointments, obtain patient information, and facilitate communication between patients and providers Manage billing discrepancies, co-payments, and maintain accurate patient records Required Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of related experience, waived with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree Ability to use specialized applications software and computer systems Ability to work under stressful situations while exemplifying professional behavior Knowledge of business office procedures and medical terminology preferred
