A company is looking for an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) for their Long Beach Office with a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities Oversee medical care to improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients Participate in daily clinical huddles and collaborate with the clinical team Develop care plans and review complex patient cases while monitoring adverse events Required Qualifications and Education Active APP license in the state of California Minimum of 4 years of experience as an APP Extensive obstetric experience, including high-risk patient care NP or CNM with significant experience in obstetrics and some infant care experience Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
