A company is looking for a Product Manager for their USA Mining Pool experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of institutional miner workflows, pain points, and constraints Translate validated problems and product direction into clear solutions and detailed requirements Manage and groom the product backlog in partnership with engineering, making informed tradeoffs Required Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a software product management role Demonstrated ability to identify customer problems and translate them into high-impact product solutions Experience acting as a product owner within an agile or scrum team Comfortable working on technically complex products in close partnership with engineering teams Ability to navigate ambiguity and make structured decisions with incomplete information
