Senior Project Manager

Position: Senior Project Manager Duration: 12+ Month Contract Location: Waukegan, IL 60087 Mostly remote with some onsite - based in Central time zone or Eastern Time Zone - Must be mid west or east coast based. I am looking for a Sr Project Manager with 812 years experience with a Bachelors degree in Engineering to join the Sterling Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with a background inpharmaceutical or regulated manufacturingthat has managed manufacturing tech transfer and site rollout initiatives. This role is focused on program execution and operational coordination, not IT implementation. What Youll Do: Manage the projects within manufacturing tech transfer and site transformation initiatives Manage integrated timelines across multiple workstreams Project status and communications with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams Drive operational adoption and cross-site alignment Bring structure and clarity to complex initiatives What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Engineering (required) 812 years of Project Management experience Pharma or GMP-regulated manufacturing background Experience leading manufacturing rollouts or tech transfer programs Multi-site program management experience Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills This is an execution-focused role for a strong manufacturing PM not an ERP or IT deployment position.
