Core ResponsibilitiesUnified Revenue Strategy: Build and lead actionable go-to-market strategies that align marketing, sales, and service teams. You will ensure that goals are shared across departments and that the "hand-off" between teams is frictionless.Strategic Leadership: Lead the onboarding and discovery phase for new clients, translating their complex business goals into a clear, actionable roadmap. You prioritize human adoption and clear processes before technical configuration, ensuring technology enables the strategy rather than dictating it.Client Success: Co-manage large projects/retainers (potentially alongside a CSM) or act as the primary lead on key accounts. You are the trusted advisor who isn't afraid to provide candid, strategic guidance.HubSpot & AI Enablement: Guide clients on leveraging HubSpot to its fullest potential. You are "AI-Native," actively training clients and internal teams on how to use AI tools to scale their efforts and uncover deeper data insights.Multi-Channel Execution: Develop and execute high-level concepts across multiple channels (Email, Web, Social, Video) to help clients achieve strategic outcomes.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Client ManagementSet big-picture business growth goals and define OKRs that drive accountability across the client's entire revenue team.Scope ongoing client deliverables and manage "out of scope" requests effectively.Create buyer personas, ICPs, and lifecycle messaging strategies that address every stage of the buyer's journey.Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between client sales/marketing teams.Technical & RevOps ExecutionSupport the implementation of revenue-focused systems (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Analytics), ensuring they act as a single source of truth.Monitor and report on full-funnel metrics: Conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and revenue attribution.Create and maintain standardized documentation (Playbooks, SOPs) to ensure process consistency and scalability.Assist in data analysis to identify revenue trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.Inbound and Omni-Channel Marketing TacticsOversee the editorial calendar and production of assets (blogs, whitepapers, webinars).Turn strategy into tactics by building assets for inbound campaigns: Email nurtures, landing pages, and content offers.Execute Performance Marketing (Paid Media) campaigns (Google Ads, Social) and manage budgets.Continually test and improve the marketing machine via A/B testing and keyword research.Key Competencies1. Deep HubSpot Expertise (Multi-Hub)Must-Have: Deep experience across multiple HubSpot Hubs (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, ServiceHub, ContentHub, DataHub).Ability to guide clients on day-to-day use, optimization, and training.Relevant HubSpot certifications are required.5. Analytical & Data-DrivenStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with data to identify trends.Familiarity with revenue metrics (KPIs) and the ability to explain them to non-technical stakeholders.6.
