Global Controller

A company is looking for a Global Controller to oversee and influence accounting operations and support the executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities Direct all aspects of consolidated global financial reporting and ensure compliance with corporate accounting principles Act as a strategic partner by analyzing financial performance and providing data-driven insights for budgeting and forecasting Manage monthly and quarterly close cycles and design an internal control environment to protect global assets Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 10+ years of experience in senior accounting/finance leadership roles Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA preferred) Experience managing multi-entity consolidations and compliance with US GAAP and IFRS Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) revenue recognition and financial reporting Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
