Billing Associate

A company is looking for a Billing Associate responsible for managing customer invoices and payments while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Create and send accurate customer invoices using the billing system Manage overdue accounts receivable and work on payment plans Serve as the main point of contact for customer billing inquiries Required Qualifications Experience in corporate billing, accounts receivable, or collections; SaaS experience preferred Familiarity with billing systems; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize workload and maintain attention to detail Self-motivated team player with a desire for career growth
