A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist in Tennessee (Remote). Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients on clinical programs and successfully enroll them Schedule patient appointments and ensure smooth transitions between enrollment and clinical operations Document patient interactions accurately and ensure compliance with relevant standards Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment At least 2 years of medical billing experience with knowledge of healthcare workflows 3 or more years of experience in a physician office or medical clinic setting Must have a Medical Assistant License Prior sales or enrollment experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred
