A company is looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager who will oversee maintenance operations for a new warehouse.
Key Responsibilities Manage all facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure safe warehouse operations Hire, lead, and manage maintenance technicians and janitorial staff while promoting a safety-first culture Oversee preventive maintenance programs and provide hands-on troubleshooting across various systems Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years in direct management Hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or warehouse setting Experience in negotiating and purchasing equipment as needed Ability to learn new skills for optimal equipment effectiveness Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
