Data Center Cost Control Manager

A company is looking for a Data Center Cost Control Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Initiate, lead, and manage complex cost programs, ensuring strategic alignment through defined project metrics Develop and maintain the capital plan, including monthly commercial reports and quarterly accrual submissions for capital projects Establish and lead cross-functional cost management programs to enhance performance and optimize controls processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field 5 years of experience in program or project management 5 years of experience in roles such as quantity surveyor, project controls manager, financial analyst, or construction estimator for data centers or high-capacity facilities 5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for multi-year construction projects 5 years of experience managing and negotiating with general contractors and subcontractors on agreements and change orders
