VP of FP&A and Strategic Finance

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A & Strategic Finance to lead global financial planning and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain KPI governance and operationalize the company's performance review cadence Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, providing financial insights and preparing Board and investor reports Own financial planning processes and support capital raise and M&A activities, ensuring alignment with growth strategy Qualifications 15+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, particularly in high-growth SaaS or FinTech environments Experience with capital raises, M&A, and IPO readiness Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and forecasting Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools in FP&A functions Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
