Reengagement Services Associate

A company is looking for a Reengagement Services Associate responsible for providing timely and accurate information to prospective and enrolled students while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, providing information on educational programs and determining enrollment appropriateness Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each student contact and collaborate with the Student Finance team to guide students through the enrollment process Required Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills Strong organizational and time management skills
