Licensed Cargo Claims Examiner

A company is looking for a First Party Physical Damage and/or Cargo Claims Examiner. Key Responsibilities Manage first party physical damage cargo claims throughout the entire claim life cycle, including customer service and technical expertise Provide recommendations for loss reserving, claim negotiation, and resolution Ensure compliance with quality standards, best practices, and statutory regulations Required Qualifications At least 5+ years of relevant experience Must maintain current and valid adjuster licenses in Florida, Texas, and New York Experience working on cargo claims Strong working knowledge of insurance laws Experience at a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) company is a plus
