Accounts Receivable Accountant

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage financial health through effective accounts receivable and collections management. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage assigned accounts receivable and collections activities, including proactive customer outreach Analyze aging reports to identify trends, risks, and collection priorities Resolve customer billing questions and disputes in collaboration with Sales and other cross-functional partners Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 4-7 years of general accounting experience At least 5 years of billing and collections experience is a must Demonstrated ability to manage collections activities with minimal supervision Experience in SaaS subscription and usage-based billing environments Experience with QuickBooks, Stripe, Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills is preferred
