A company is looking for an RTW Coordinator to facilitate safe and timely return to work outcomes for injured employees. Key Responsibilities Coordinate return to work efforts with clients, injured employees, and healthcare providers Monitor injured workers' return to work status and identify trends or barriers to successful outcomes Document return to work efforts accurately and assist in audits and presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field Minimum of three years of experience in vocational rehabilitation services or as an occupational health nurse Knowledge of medical conditions and their impact on work functionality Experience presenting to external customers regarding trending analysis and consultative services Strong computer skills
