This senior leadership position is focused on driving a high-performing culture and talent management strategy within the commercial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and leading key programs to foster a high-performing culture, including talent calibrations, reviews, and growth planning. They will also be the sole strategic people partner for the commercial team, handling all aspects of the talent management cycle, from performance management to complex employee relations.
