A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance and support for IT-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities Process service requests and escalate issues as necessary using ConnectWise Manage Provide helpdesk support for hardware, software, and networking issues via phone or remote access Assist in troubleshooting, implementing new software, and setting up equipment for new users Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role Technical proficiency with office automation products, databases, and remote control software Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
