IT Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for an Associate IT Portfolio Manager who will support the execution of IT projects and enhance business operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and scoping IT Tier 1 and 2 projects, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines Coordinate daily project activities, track tasks, and maintain project documentation Monitor project risks and issues, and support requirements gathering and change requests Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 1-3 years of experience in IT service management (ITSM) in a SaaS environment 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or portfolio support Self-starter with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects Familiarity with HIPAA, CLIA, and SOX compliance standards Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred but not required
