Gastroenterology Physician

This established and well-respected multispecialty group near Napa, CA is seeking a board certified/board eligible Gastroenterologist. The group consists of 150+ clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50 APPs/other professionals) which has been caring for its residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and operated. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then they are invited to become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal. Only an hour to Napa and a two-hour drive to the Lake Tahoe area takes you to the highest concentration of ski resorts in the country, with record-breaking annual snowfall and views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains. About the Position: General Gastroenterology Excellent Physician Retention with some in the group for 20, 30 years.
