Locum Radiation Oncologist Michigan Hourly Rate: $300 Night Call: -Hour On Call: $1,925 Location: Michigan Free-Standing Cancer Center Duration: December coverage & ongoing until permanent hire Open Dates December 8 12 December Ongoing Coverage: January 1, 2025 until permanent physician is hired Practice & Schedule Schedule: Mon Fri, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Call: 24-hour call, 1:2 ratio (shared with another physician) Physicians in Practice: 2 Support Staff: 1 NP in clinic Average Patient Load: Outpatient (clinic): /day Inpatient (call/rounding): 0 Population: Adult, hospital-based Trauma Level: II (affiliated hospital) Reason for Need: Physician turnover Clinical Requirements Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy 3D Radiotherapy External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT) Stereotactic Radiosurgery SBRT Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Duties: Ordering tests & imaging, prescribing treatments EMR: Aria & Epic Submission Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology Required Michigan License or IMLC/LOQ Required (no exceptions) BLS Certified Required Availability for listed dates Required Bill Rates (malpractice included) Hourly: $300 Night Call: $376 24-Hour On Call: $1,925 Travel & Reimbursements Travel, hotel, rental car provided Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate Flexible travel caps About the Cancer Center This center provides comprehensive and compassionate oncology care, utilizing advanced technology and precision therapies.
