A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative Tier 2. Key Responsibilities Communicates professionally and empathetically to resolve customer inquiries through various channels Handles complex customer issues that tier 1 support cannot resolve and provides backup support as needed Identifies and reports recurring issues to leadership while adhering to company policies and updating customer records accurately Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service support center environment, or 1+ years with the company Ability to type 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy Comprehensive knowledge of computers and mobile devices, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
