Medical Director Geriatric Medicine West Springfield, MA Competitive Salary + Full Benefits Location: West Springfield, Massachusetts Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time Start Date: Flexible Position Overview An established healthcare organization in Massachusetts is seeking a Medical Director Geriatric Medicine to lead its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This leadership position offers a unique opportunity to serve seniors with chronic care needs, providing comprehensive medical oversight and guiding an interdisciplinary team focused on community-based care, independence, and quality of life. The Medical Director will play a key role in ensuring excellence in participant care, quality outcomes, and the development of medical policies and standards for this innovative model of elder care.
