Key Responsibilities Lead technical workshops to gather requirements and design solutions for the ServiceNow platform Perform hands-on development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and implement performance improvements Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in a Senior/Principal role with expertise in specific workflows 5 years of strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture 5 years of experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Preferred certifications include Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules
