Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the global sales enablement strategy to enhance performance and productivity Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks to improve sales team effectiveness Partner with various departments to ensure alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise SaaS sales Demonstrated experience in building or scaling enablement initiatives Strong understanding of B2B enterprise software sales cycles Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Bachelor's degree required
