A company is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist II, Companion Diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Design, validate, and implement new NGS analysis pipelines Provide statistical expertise for development projects and interact with clients and regulatory authorities Support the Quality Management System and participate in business development activities Required Qualifications PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; experience may substitute for education 5+ years of post-degree bioinformatics experience with NGS assays Proficiency in anix-based command line environment and scripting skills 5+ years of scientific programming experience using Python and/or R Demonstrated ability to design, code, and validate analysis pipelines
